Mozzarella Savory Pancakes

Dough:

250g ( 2 cups) all-purpose flour

5g (1 tsp) salt

25ml (1/2 cup) warm water

3g (1 tsp) instant dry yeast

45ml (3 tbsp) vegetable oil

Filling:

100g grated mozzarella cheese (we can use cheese more).

Chili pepper, chopped.

Little oil for frying.


Direction:

  1. In a mixing bowl, put all the dough ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon into a rough dough.
  2. Knead with hands until the dough is pliable.
  3. Cover for an hour. Then divide into 8 pieces, shape into balls.
  4. Flatten into thin and wide.
  5. Add the filling in the middle, fold the dough from 4 directions covering the filling. Fold the dough into a square.
  6. Heat a pan with little oil.
  7. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
  8. Enjoy warm while the mozzarella still melting.
